Traditional Mass Pour

It is the most common method and the one we use most of the time. A cost-effective and straightforward process of pouring the concrete section by section.

Mini Piled

The one we use when the poor soil condition requires extra support (the vertical piles) for the foundation to make it firm and steady.

Beam and Base

An advanced technology that implies a strengthened concrete beam and full-scale footing replacement. Rarely used in residential areas, but is still available.
